This opportunity is for you if:
- You have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- You have at least 3 years of experience managing full-cycle accounting processes.
- You are fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent written and verbal communication.
- You master accounting software like QuickBooks Online, Xero, or NetSuite, alongside Advanced Excel.
- You have experience handling US-based clients, understanding AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and basic US GAAP principles.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in an on-site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily transaction recording, bank and credit card reconciliations, and expense categorization.
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments and collections follow-up.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including adjusting entries and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) for US clients on a fixed monthly schedule.
